Following the deal, the group's turnover will increase by approximately SEK 100 million, reaching a total of approximately SEK 550 million. We continue our strategy of bringing together entrepreneur-driven consulting companies and design agencies on a common platform.
The four new companies are being acquired from the investment company Icon Investments AS, which in connection with the transaction also becomes a new partner in Born Digital AB. Amp Eleven, backed by Verdane, will continue as majority owner. Together, the new businesses bring expertise in several areas, including strategic communication, AI, market insights, design and systems development.
