We want to make it easier for companies to take advantage of the opportunities offered by AI and for talents to adapt their skills to the new conditions in the job market. That's why we have developed a program that combines training led by eghed experts with mentorship and practical work at our customers.

The program is designed specifically for early-career talent and aims to develop them into AI Engineers who can help companies create value by better utilizing their data, automating flows, deploying agents, and increasing their productivity.
Within the framework of the program, participants will learn how to develop systems that use ML and AI. Participants will receive a theoretical foundation, while placing great emphasis on practical elements so that they can quickly implement the knowledge in companies. The trainings also cover the entire lifecycle of applied AI – from data understanding and ML basics, via LLMs, RAG systems and AI agents, to secure deployment, MLOps and compliance.
